Doi Din Dang Pottery

A well known pottery studio in Chiang Rai established by a famous ceramic artist, Mr. Somluk Pantiboon. The pottery at this studio is quite different from others, it shows the attentiveness in each of the designs. It represents a combination between the contemporary feeling of the design and a cultural aspect of the local. With these distingue designs, the studio has created their own meaning of pottery that it’s not just a pottery, it an art piece. Open: Mon-Sat, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

How to get there

Doy Din Dang is only 12 km from Chiang Rai and 6 km from the airport. When traveling north or south on the highwayno.1, look for signs to the "Long Neck Karen Village." Follow those signs. Doi Din Dang is about 2 kilometers from the main road, on the left.
